Before And After

Photos below are before and after images
of actual cases treated by Dr. Avera

CASE 1:
GRAFTS FOR ROOT COVERAGE

The Subepithelial Connective Tissue Graft is used for root coverage.

CASE 2:
GRAFTS TO INCREASE KERATINIZED TISSUE

The Free Gingival Graft is used to increase the width
of keratinized attached tissue to prevent further recession.

CASE 3:
COMBINATION GRAFTS TO INCREASE
KERATINIZED TISSUE AND FOR ROOT COVERAGE

A Free Gingival Graft is used to stabilize the gum tissue
first and then is followed by a Connective Tissue Graft for root coverage.

CASE 4:
CROWN LENGTHENING FOR ESTHETICS

CASE 5:
MULTIPLE CROWN LENGTHENING FOR ESTHETICS

Osseous recontouring is required for stability.

CASE 6:
A FRENECTOMY FOR ESTHETICS
OR TO PREVENT DIASTEMA FORMATION

In addition to the Frenectomy two Laterally Positioned
Grafts have been placed to provide an adequate width of keratinized tissue.

CASE 7:
EXTRUSION WITH CROWN LENGTHENING

This keeps the gingival margins in the same plane for esthetics
while providing enough tooth structure for retention of a restoration.

CASE 8:
SINGLE TOOTH IMPLANTS

CASE 9:
POSTERIOR IMPLANTS

CASE 10:
GRAFTS FOR COVERAGE OF AN EXPOSED
IMPLANT OR MARGIN OF A RESTORATION

CASE 11:
BONE GRAFT FOR RIDGE PRESERVATION
AND/OR IMPLANT PLACEMENT

CASE 12:
BONE GRAFTS

These lesions were treated with a synthetic bone graft material.
